The SGEF contract with the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) promotes investment financing for SMEs and municipalities.
SMEs with a staff of up to 250 employees can take advantage of preferential financing to invest in the renewal and expansion of production facilities under the “Viable Job Creation and Maintenance” Programme. The “Improving Living Conditions in Urban and Rural Areas” Programme, for financing the development of infrastructure and social and cultural amenities, is intended for municipalities.
CEB-backed financing is available for all products in the SGEF portfolio – finance leases, operating leases, credit and hire purchase. Preferential financing can be set up as simply as any other run-of-the-mill product. Applicants deal solely with SGEF, which will provide clients with qualified consulting, shed light on drawdown conditions, and arrange for their participation in the programme.
